YOUR USE OF SANED HEALTH
Saned health platforms are a suite of digital tools provided by Obeikan Digital Health Solutions. By using the online services of Saned Health Platforms you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree (or cannot comply with) any of the Terms and Conditions, do not use the online services.
SANED HEALTH platforms are available for the sole purpose of facilitating communications between health service providers and consumers who choose to use the online service. SANED HEALTH is not responsible or liable for the consultancy advice of the doctors or consultants. SANED HEALTH only provides a platform of communication and connects members (Patients or Clients) with registered / clinicians.
SANED HEALTH platforms nor any of its licensors or suppliers shall be liable for any advice obtained from a health service provider using SANED HEALTH.
Do not use this platform for emergency medical needs, If you experience a medical emergency, call your doctor or visit the hospital immediately
INFORMATION ABOUT HEALTH SERVICE PROVIDERS
When you choose to use the SANED HEALTH digital platform you will be provided with a list of health services providers based on the selection criteria that you provide and on provider availability. The information we make available about any particular health services provider is supplied to us by that provider, and SANED HEALTH makes no warranty as to its accuracy. Users of the SANED HEALTH digital platforms are ultimately responsible for choosing which health services provider to communicate with.
YOUR COMMUNICATIONS
You are responsible for your own communications using SANED HEALTH. You may not:

The websites and platforms are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, SANED HEALTH disclaims all representations, warranties, and conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied conditions or warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. SANED HEALTH does not warrant that our websites and platforms will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Websites and Platforms or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
SANED HEALTH makes no guarantees and disclaims any implied warranty or representation about its accuracy, relevance, timeliness, completeness, or appropriateness of any content posted on the website and platforms for a particular purpose. SANED HEALTH assumes no liability arising from or relating to the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with the use of the Websites and/or Platforms.
PAYMENT AND INVOICES
Fees for the SaaS platform and related services will be invoiced by Obeikan Education – Health Division. Subscription Payment for recurring services will be invoiced on a regular basis and is due upon commencement of the subscription term. Subscription Payment obligations are not contingent upon the completion of implementation or other services. Unpaid invoices will result in suspension or termination of access to SANED HEALTH platforms.
Unless otherwise stated in the event of non-payment for more than 60 days after the due date, Obeikan Education – Health Division reserves the right to terminate the agreement entirely and revoke all user access. The company may also pursue legal remedies to recover outstanding balances.
All payments for the SaaS platform and related services must be made in advance on a timely basis.
ACCOUNT
Your account is associated with your mobile number and is verified via an OTP sent to your mobile device; this will allow you to access the SANED HEALTH digital platform. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your mobile device and are prohibited from making available your mobile device to any third party. You agree to notify SANED HEALTH Customer Support or Admin at info@sanedhealth.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your mobile device or of any need to reset or lock down the account.
PRIVACY POLICY
We store and process your information on our servers which are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. We use third parties to verify and certify our privacy policies. If you object to your information being transferred or used in any way, please forward your request to the Company or deem not to use the website.
Registration includes the information (your information) that you need to provide us to deal with us and also to contact you. We also collect information about the consultations you make, insurance data, and prescription data. You agree that we may use (and update) your information to manage your registration during the use of our online services.
Saned Health employs a secure multi-tenant infrastructure where client data is logically separated.
The details provided by you during registration will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will form part of a record of your dealings with us. If you use online services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting access to your phone/computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
The online services assume no liability to any person for any loss or damage that may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your account. Any suspicious activities on your account shall be notified by contacting us immediately through contacting us. Click on “Contact Us” within the mobile app.

PUBLICITY AND MARKETING BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
By subscribing to SANED HEALTH platforms, the business customer grants Obeikan the right to include the customer’s name, logo, and general subscription details in its reference list. This reference list may be shared in corporate presentations, case studies, proposals, promotional materials, and on Obeikan’s official websites, Saned Health’s official websites and social media channels. Any such use will be in accordance with applicable privacy and confidentiality obligations, and Obeikan will not disclose any sensitive or proprietary information without prior consent.
If the customer wishes to opt out of being included in such marketing efforts, they must notify Obeikan Saned Health platforms in writing at info@sanedhealth.com.
Electronic Communication
As you use online services and communicate with us electronically, you also consent to receive communications from us electronically, by means of emails, newsletters or by posting notices such as disclosures on the website/mobile app. You agree that any communication that we provide to you electronically satisfies any legal requirement, as in writing.
We may monitor, record, store, and use any telephone, email, or other electronic communications with your information for training purposes, to check instructions given to us, and to improve the quality of our patient services.
TERMINATION
SANED HEALTH platforms may terminate any user’s right to use platforms at any time. We reserve the right to block, delete or stop the uploading of materials and communications that it in its sole discretion finds unacceptable for any reason. If your right to use this app ends, you shall make no further use of this app or any information obtained from this app.
Unless otherwise stated misuse of the SANED HEALTH platforms, including disrupting functionality, unauthorized access, or illegal activities, will lead to termination of access. Legal action may be taken to recover damages or notify the authorities if necessary.
Any unauthorized use of the SANED HEALTH platforms by a third party or sharing of access credentials with third parties without the prior written approval of Obeikan, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Such actions will result in the immediate suspension or termination of the customer’s access to the platform, with no entitlement to any refund of prepaid fees. Obeikan also reserves the right to pursue additional legal remedies for unauthorized third-party use.

LINKING TO OTHER APPS/SITES
From time to time we will provide links to other apps/websites, not owned, or controlled by SANED HEALTH. We do this because we think this information might be of interest or use to you or where, as a user, we can provide you with value-added services. While we do our best to ensure your privacy, we cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of other apps/sites. A link to a non-SANED HEALTH app/website does not constitute or imply endorsement by SANED HEALTH platforms.
Additionally, we cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of information presented on non-SANED HEALTH apps/websites. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any app/website you visit.
APPROPRIATENESS OF CONTENT
This app is not intended to attract children under the age of 18. Children under 18 must be enrolled on the app under their parent or guardian’s account as a dependent. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for being present with their minors when using the SANED HEALTH app.
NO LIABILITY FOR COMPUTERS AND NETWORKS USED TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT
We are only responsible for the security of the computer systems we own and operate. SANED HEALTH shall have no liability for information about you stored or recorded by any computer or mobile device or any network, whether public or private, that you may use to access SANED HEALTH.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to access or use the SANED HEALTH digital platform for an unlawful or illegitimate purpose. You shall not attempt to disrupt the operation of the services or the SANED HEALTH system. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any user accounts or computer systems or networks.
OPERATION AND RECORD RETENTION
SANED HEALTH reserves complete and sole discretion with respect to the operation of SANED HEALTH. SANED HEALTH may withdraw, suspend or discontinue any functionality or feature of the services. SANED HEALTH is responsible for maintaining data arising from use of the services, but does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the data stored. SANED HEALTH reserves the right to maintain, delete or destroy all communications and materials posted or uploaded to the SANED HEALTH system pursuant to its internal record retention and/or destruction policies.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Intellectual Property includes all inventions, trademarks, logos, patents, patents, copyrights, rights in and to data and databases, all current and past versions of computer programs (in source code and object code form), flow charts, pseudo-code, design and product documentation, formulae, translations, adaptations, information, specifications, designs, process technology, manufacturing requirements, quality control standards, trade secrets, know-how and other technical information, and rights to such intellectual property
SANED HEALTH Platforms and Intellectual Property are owned by Obeikan. Users are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the SANED HEALTH platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or resale of any SANED HEALTH intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
The SANED HEALTH logo and branding, including the phrase “Developed by SANED HEALTH,” will be displayed within the mobile app and other related platforms. Unauthorized use of SANED HEALTH branding is strictly prohibited.
Any breach of this clause will result in the immediate termination of this Agreement and may result in legal action.
LIABILITY OF SANED HEALTH AND ITS LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS
Saned Health, Obeikan and its licensors and suppliers (including, for the purposes of this entire section, all providers of content for this app/website) shall not be liable to you, under any circumstances or under any theory of liability or indemnity, for any damages or penalties whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental indirect, exemplary, punitive and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) in connection with the use or inability to use this app/site or the content, even if any of them have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
SANED HEALTH and its licensors and suppliers are not responsible for any claims you may have against any medical professionals, suppliers of products or other persons, institutions or entities identified in whole or in part through this app/website.
The app/site, services, content and information are provided “as is.” SANED HEALTH, its licensors and suppliers disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, noninfringement of third parties rights or fitness for a particular purpose.
SANED HEALTH, its licensors, and suppliers make no representations or warranties that the information in, or links or searches conducted through this app/site is complete, exhaustive, reliable, current or accurate. No claims or endorsements are made for any drug, herb, supplement, compound, therapy, or treatment.
INDEMNIFICATION
Without limiting the generality or effect of other provisions of this Agreement, as a condition of use, You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SANED HEALTH and its
licensors and suppliers and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers and their officers, directors, affiliates, subcontractors, agents and employees (collectively, “Indemnified Parties” and each, individually, an “Indemnified Party”) against all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages (including attorney’s fees) incurred by any Indemnified Party in connection with any third party claims arising out of: (i) your use of the SANED HEALTH and/or your receipt of services; (ii) your failure to comply with any applicable laws and regulations; and (iii) your breach of any of your obligations set forth here. You shall not settle any such claim without the written consent of the applicable Indemnified Party.
CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE
SANED HEALTH may revise, modify or amend the information contained on this page at any time without notice. Any such revision, modification or amendment shall be effective immediately upon either posting it to this app/website or otherwise notifying you.
